Teerth Realties

Teerth Realties is a privately owned property development company which harnesses land opportunities through built environment projects in commercial, residential, educational and industrial domain. Founded in 2008 by Vijay Raundal, Teerth has built a strong reputation for delivering well planned occupier - centric properties. Our portfolio covers 2 million square feet development in western Pune and over 200 acres of land acquired for future developments.

Teerth works closely with the experts, designers, planners, advisors, professionals, authorities, officers and engineers of Pune Municipal Corporation, Pimpri Chinchwad Municipal Corporation and Pune Municipal Regional Development Authority to bring projects from scratch to fruition. We believe in knowledge sharing and collaboration to overcome the challenges of a dynamic business environment. Being Members of CREDAI Pune, Naredco and MBVA enable us to be abreast with latest information, technology and industry best practices.

While we are a for profit company, we believe in social responsibility and giving back to our society. We organise blood donation camps, tree plantation drives, sports tournaments and various fund raising activities to support our local communities. We also donate generously to local charities, hospitals, schools, old age homes and NGOs to uplift and empower them. In Covid times, as the Balewadi Sports Complex was converted to a temporary Covid Centre we gave free access to more than 200 athletes and their coaches to use & train on our cricket grounds located by the hills in Sus.

MR. Vijay Raundal

A multi-disciplined professional driven by the passion for the development of people and communities, Mr. Vijay Raundal has proved his mettle and professional prowess in the real estate, property and government public works department since 1986.

He always believes that discipline, hard work and a consistent learning approach always get you an edge over formal education. His vision, ideas and values are reflected in the extraordinary work culture of the Teerth. Vijay began his professional career at an early age of 17 when he purchased two marble polishing machines and started renting them out to make ends meet. His enterprising nature then led him to form Vijay Constructions, a contracting firm that he formed to take on numerous irrigation, infrastructure and civil contracting projects across Maharashtra, Karnataka & Madhya Pradesh. His foresight & strategic land investments helped him to form Teerth Realties which is on it’s course to become the marvel in the real estate of not just Pune but the whole of India.

The man with an exhilarating persona showing strong leadership skills in the planning, marketing, sales, procurement and liaisoning functions of the company, Mr. Abhi Raundal, officially joined the ‘Teerth’ in 2017. He ensures that we have the best people,

He ensures that we have the best people, systems and structure to achieve our business goals.proven academic record with Masters in real estate development at the University of Westminster Abhi has worked closely with many industry leaders.Since his joining at Teerth, Abhi has worked in several roles including on-site at Teerth Towers, Teerth Aarohi phase II & Teerth Technospace. He has initiated various training and development programs to prepare for the changing landscape of the industry post RERA and demonetisation. Outside office, he is a football and motorsport enthusiast and is deeply passionate about art & architectural design.
